From the point of view of British human rights organizations the latter is true, from the point of view of the British government the former, and because the British government, with right-wing populist Suella Braverman as Home Secretary, is trying very hard to be as tough as possible on refugees, on Monday the first 15 people involuntarily moved to the Bibby Stockholm.
