WSJ Announces Activist Investor Elliott’s Entry into Salesforce

san francisco Activist investor Elliott Management Corp. is according to a newspaper report with several billion dollars SAP-Rivals Salesforce entered. “We look forward to a constructive cooperation with Salesforceto realize the value befitting a company of its size,” Elliott managing partner Jesse Cohn told the Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

Elliott and Salesforce did not immediately respond to inquiries from Reuters, among others. Salesforce’s market cap is currently $151 billion. In 2021 it was 300 billion and has fallen considerably since then. Starboard Value joined the San Francisco company as an investor in October.
