The class action lawsuit is coming – which companies and consumers must now prepare for

In just a few months, consumer associations are to bundle claims from many individual people affected and enforce with a single so-called remedial action against companies.

In the future, consumer associations will be able to sue consumers directly for claims against an entrepreneur. However, the cases of the consumers must be “similar” so that the court can decide on all cases bundled in a single procedure without having to take individual peculiarities into account.
