Although she was spotted with the The Chainsmokers singer, Selena Gomez wants to stay single, she clarified on Instagram.
Even if the rumor mill is bubbling – it will be so fast Selena Gomez (30) don’t seem to give up their single status. This is suggested by a post by the singer and actress that has since been deleted.
“Page Six” had published pictures, which show Gomez bowling in New York with Andrew Taggart (33), the singer of the band The Chainsmokers. The two were immediately referred to as a new couple by the site.
Gomez responded to the rumors with one Black and white picture in her story, and the saying, “I like being alone too much.” She also posted the hashtag #iamsingle. This should be officially clear: Gomez is still single and would like to remain so for the time being.
Bad luck for Taggart, who is said to have last been with Eva Jobs, the 24-year-old daughter of Steve Jobs (1955-2011). Like an insider according to “People” revealed, Taggart and Gomez weren’t alone at all, but in a group.

Since the separation from Justin Bieber (28) in 2018, apart from a brief romance with The Weeknd (32), Gomez’s love life has been quiet. In May last year, she quipped self-deprecatingly on Saturday Night Live: “I just want to pass on to the universe that I believe in love. I’d love to say I’m looking for my soulmate – but at this point I would I take everyone.” Apparently that wasn’t meant to be taken seriously.
