It’s a good thing that Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser recently returned from her trip to Qatar brought the reassuring guarantee that all fans would be able to travel safely across the country for the upcoming World Cup. So also the members of the LGBTIQ community, although homosexuality is a punishable offense in the emirate. On the other hand, one wonders where Faeser researched for her good news. Apparently she has not exchanged views with the World Cup ambassador Khalid Salman, otherwise she would have issued an official travel warning for Qatar.
