Kai Havertz and Nico Schlotterbeck are out for the national team’s Belgium test. This requires the national soccer coach Hansi Flick to rethink the staff.

After the failure of Kai Havertz and Nico Schlotterbeck Hansi Flick played the final training session for the national soccer team’s international test match against Belgium with all 21 remaining players.

In sunshine and a cold wind, the DFB professionals on campus in Frankfurt ahead of the game in Cologne. Before the bus trip to the cathedral city planned for the afternoon, the national coach and defender Thilo Kehrer will give information about the game on Tuesday evening (8.45 p.m. / RTL) at a press conference.

Compared to the 2-0 win against Peru, Flick has to make at least two changes to his team. Kehrer could replace Dortmund defender Schlotterbeck, who had to leave due to a muscular problem in his left thigh. Havertz, who is out due to a flu infection, could be replaced by Leon Goretzka, Serge Gnabry or Mario Götze in the starting lineup. Belgium, coached by former Bundesliga coach Domenico Tedesco, got off to a successful start in qualifying for the European Championship on Friday with a 3-0 win in Sweden.
