Actress Jennifer Aniston opens up about her famous ‘Rachel haircut’ and admits she thought it was ‘ugly’
It was the most famous haircut of the 90s, millions of women around the world copied it: the “Rachel” cut Jennifer Aniston (54) wore in the cult series “Friends”. Now the actress has once again revealed that she didn’t like the layered bob at all: “I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen.”
The 54-year-old revealed on the Drew Barrymore talk show (48) also that she would not be willing to have her hair cut off for a role in the film.
“I couldn’t do that because of the short hair”
The two stars talked about a possible remake of the American TV show “Three’s Company” from the 70s. Barrymore Aniston asked if she would play Janet. “I couldn’t because of the short hair,” Aniston clarified.
In 2001, when she was still married to Brad Pitt (59), Jennifer Aniston wore a short bob for a while, but not for a role. Her hair was in bad shape, so her stylist Chris McMillan cut it short: “Chris just cut everything.”
