Israeli security forces kill two Palestinians

Israeli police said emergency forces were shot at while attempting to arrest a person in Nablus. The Al-Aqsa Brigade says two of their fighters were killed.
IIsraeli security forces took part in a shootout in early Sunday morning Nablus Two Palestinians killed in the West Bank. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, six other people were injured. The men killed by gunfire in the city of Nablus were 25 and 28 years old. The extremist Al-Aqsa Brigade of the Fatah party said the dead were its members.
According to Palestinian reports, gunmen attacked the soldiers during a raid. Israeli police said officers came under fire trying to arrest suspects in a home. Accordingly, four armed terrorist suspects were arrested. “They called someone’s name and asked them to surrender,” said neighbor Naser Estitja.
A wave of terrorism has killed 19 people in Israel since March. An Israeli security guard and a soldier were shot dead by Palestinians in the West Bank. “Another crime by the occupying forces in the old city of Nablus, where martyrs fell and others were wounded,” tweeted Palestinian official Hussein al-Sheikh. Israeli security forces have intensified raids in the West Bank in recent months following deadly attacks by Palestinians from the region.
