Harry on relationship with William: Her mother Diana “would be sad”
Harry on relationship with William
Her mother Diana “would be sad”
Prince Harry will open up about his relationship with his brother in a TV interview. He thinks her mother Diana “would be sad”.
The US network ABC shows an interview with the royal shortly before the release of Prince Harry’s (38) autobiography on the show “Good Morning America”. Among other things, Harry will talk about his relationship with his brother, Prince William (40), as previously announced. He believes Princess Diana (1961-1997), their late mother, would be saddened by the situation.
How would Diana feel?
“I think she would be sad,” replies Prince Harry when asked by moderator Michael Strahan (51) how the brothers’ mother would feel if she could see the relationship between the two today. He suggests there are “certain things” that Harry and William need to put behind them “in order for the relationship to heal.” In the past two years, Harry added, he’s “felt his mother’s presence” more than he had in the previous 30 years.
Is William Harry’s “nemesis”?
In another preview of the interview Strahan says that Harry – apparently in his book – refers to William as his “beloved brother” but also as his “nemesis”. The British “Guardian” had recently reported in advancethat the 38-year-old allegedly wrote in his book about a dispute between the brothers in 2019, which was apparently about Harry’s wife, Duchess Meghan (41). The two stepped down as senior royals in 2020 and moved to the United States. They live in California with their two children, Archie (3) and Lilibet (1).
William reportedly called Meghan “difficult”, “rude” and “rude”, which Harry took to be “parroting stories from the press” about his wife. The argument then escalated and later escalated until William “grabbed my collar, tore my necklace and … threw me to the ground”.
The “Good Morning AmericaTalk is scheduled to air on January 9. Before that, Harry will appear in two TV interviews (ITV, CBS) scheduled for January 8. His autobiography, Spare, will be out on January 10 . January.
