According to the AP news agency Prosecutor Coleen Balbert said Thursday (October 13) that the actor completed six months of alcohol and behavioral therapy and was behaving normally. With that, the case was closed. He faces no additional penalties and has no criminal record. If he had violated the conditions, he would have faced up to a year in prison.

When pleading guilty in April, Gooding Jr. said, “I apologize that anyone felt inappropriately affected,” as the New York Times reported at the time. The process was all about the fact that between 2018 and 2019 he had three different Women allegedly sexually harassed in various New York nightspots.

Some women made serious allegations
