They are everywhere, are never cleared away and nothing happens behind them. "I do not get it". Entertainer Friedrich Liechtenstein is annoyed by the construction fences in Berlin.

entertainer Frederick Liechtenstein (66) keeps coming across a hate object in Berlin: "What really annoys me - I recently had a funny encounter with a taxi driver - are the construction fences," said the musician and artist of the German Press Agency. They are everywhere, are never cleared away and nothing happens behind them. "I do not get it."

He once asked a taxi driver: "Tell me, do you know a city where there are so many construction fences?" He really laughed and said: "These shitty construction fences!", said Liechtenstein, who recently released the album " Good Gastein". According to his feeling, there is "no other city in the world with so many construction fences behind which nothing happens".

"They're just standing there so boldly, often sloppy and shaky. And you know: Okay, I'll see these construction fences for the next few months, maybe even years," said Liechtenstein. Has he ever kicked one? "No. But carefully taken aside, walked through - when you know that nothing will happen - and put it down again. Like a gentleman."
