Ellinikon construction project in Greece: Athens is now going to Dubai – Economy

The motorboat slides out of the marina, picks up speed and sweeps along the coast, a sandy beach, then a skyscraper emerges, towering. The boat turns away, sets course for the Greek island of Aegina, takes another turn and returns to the marina at sunset.
