Begg landslides and flooding have killed at least 20 people in Central America.
After days of heavy rain, rivers in the region burst their banks, mountain slopes slid and houses were buried under the mud masses.
At least 13 people were killed in the storms in Honduras, the newspaper La Prensa reported on Friday.
According to local authorities, seven people were killed in El Salvador.
Numerous houses were damaged in both countries and thousands of people sought shelter in emergency shelters.
