London The iPhone maker Apple According to the Wall Street Journal, in recent weeks it has accelerated its plans to withdraw parts of its production from China. Apple calls on its suppliersto more actively plan the assembly of Apple products to other countries in Asia, the newspaper reported, citing insiders. It should be relocated in particular India and enter Vietnam.

The unrest in the world’s largest iPhone factory of Apple supplier Foxconn also contributed to the development, it said.

The Reuters news agency recently reported that Problems at the plant in the central Chinese industrial metropolis of Zhengzhou affected production ahead of the all-important Christmas business, stronger than previously thought. The factory mainly builds the latest iPhone 14.
